Michael Ranfone

High Performance Athletic Coach & Consultant

“I help you align your attention and behaviors to maximize your output and results.”

Michael Ranfone has worked with everyone from elite athletes to everyday people and found that the highest performers share one thing: the ability to focus their attention on what matters most.

As an athletic high-performance coach and consultant, he knows that performance is rooted in the discipline of targeted behavior, consistently executed. When clients work with Mike, there are no gimmicks. He passes along scientific-based information to help them improve and empower them to take action. When clients act differently, they begin to think differently, and that proactive mindset is the key to their success.

For over 15 years, Mike has dedicated himself to improving the health, wellness, and performance of his clients, which include individuals, businesses, organizations, and collegiate and professional athletic teams. He founded Ranfone Training Systems Performance Center to help his clients align their attention and behaviors to maximize their output and results.

Before founding his training center, Mike began his professional career at Yale University, where he served as the Strength and Conditioning coordinator for over 500 Division 1 athletes.

He is a nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and a certified full-body practitioner in Active Release Therapy (ART), among other specialized techniques.

Mike graduated Cum Laude from Union College with degrees in Economics and Psychology while gaining entry into their respective National Honor Societies. On the field, he was a four-year letter winner, a three-year all-league and all-academic starter, and a one-year captain. He finished his collegiate career as the school’s fifth all-time leading tackler while earning tryouts for several Arena/CFL teams.

Scott Tribby BA, CSCS

Strength & Conditioning Specialist

“I help you understand the obstacles and barriers that restrain you from reaching your full potential.”

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Scott Tribby has 20+ years of coaching experience in the health and fitness sector and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist under the NSCA.  He received his BA at Concordia University in Montreal before moving on to study massage therapy at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. This gave him an immense understanding of the subtleties and complexities of the body, how to recover from injuries, and how to achieve optimum strength and wellness throughout the healing process. Scott practiced massage therapy for 15+ years before deciding to shift his focus towards other ventures.

In addition to coaching and exercise programming, Scott has been an integral part of growing Ranfone Training Systems over the last 10+ years into one of Connecticut’s premier health and fitness facilities and evolving the company into Ranfone Performance Consulting.

His experience in the various aspects which are required to grow a business, including administration, staff development, and tech operations, has enabled him to better understand the obstacles and barriers that often restrain people from reaching their full potential. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dr. Marko Lujic

Medical Integration Specialist

“I help you understand how the stress of daily life can negatively impact your health and provide insights on how to completely transform yourself from a medical standpoint.”

Born and raised in Connecticut, Dr. Marko Lujic received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 2002.  As a gifted athlete, he played lacrosse for all 4 years at Yale, earning all Ivy League awards on more than one occasion, as well as all New England and all American honors.

His post-graduate education took him to St. George’s University in Grenada where he earned his MPH (Masters in Public Health) and MD credentials. From 2010-2016, he was a general surgery resident at Yale University Hospital, before going on to practicing surgery full time in the Hartford, CT area.

Health care has always been a passion of Marko’s, but even he had let the stress and busy aspects of modern life negatively impact his own health. His transformation from being significantly overweight and largely sedentary to surpassing the level of health and fitness he possessed as a Division 1 college athlete has been nothing short of remarkable.  His personal health and fitness journey, coupled with his years of professional experience, make him an ideal source of knowledge and experience.
